Leadership in Service

We are delighted to see Mrs Sarah Cartwright-Styles, Head of Alleyn’s Hampstead Junior School (from September 2026), featured recently in The Times, in a profile that offers a glimpse into her life both in and beyond school. 

The article explores her dual role as a school leader and senior reservist, reflecting on how the values of discipline, responsibility and care for others shape her approach both in uniform and in education. It offers a powerful insight into the lived experience behind values-led leadership.
