Last night, Alleyn’s Regent’s Park was officially opened at a beautiful evening of community and collective celebration. Parents, governors and friends explored the new spaces together and saw first-hand how curiosity, creativity and innovation will flourish here.

The atmosphere was warm and hopeful as guests heard from Jane Lunnon, Head of Alleyn’s; James Carroll, Managing Director UK; and our Headteacher, Tom Le Tissier. Tom captured the spirit of the evening: “A school is never just bricks and wires. It is the stage on which the daily magic of teaching and learning unfolds. And what a stage we have here.” The words resonated because the spaces already felt alive with possibility, from flexible studios designed for collaborative projects to light-filled classrooms that invite focused thought and purposeful conversation.

We are incredibly proud of the transformation of the site in collaboration with the Envoplan team, particularly the chapel and main entrance, which are designed for the future while celebrating the historic character of the building. The Alleyn’s Regent’s Park All Studios, home to our AiQ curriculum, and The Well, the heart of our pastoral care—and two signature spaces of any Alleyn’s school—were designed with a pupil-first approach. We understand that the environment pupils learn in is crucial to their education.

Alleyn’s Regent’s Park is the first school in the Group in north London, and the sense of community was clear throughout the evening.

This opening marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Each child who walks through these doors will have the chance to discover all they can be through the power an Alleyn's education.
